The Kahnawà:ke Fair Wage in Construction Program (KFWCP) is a program mandated to administer wage rates and benefits associated with the construction trade and work conditions on the Territory.  It ensures that Kahnawà:ke Workers will receive an hourly base wage equivalent to the base hourly wage established in the Quebec System respecting the autonomy of Kahnawà:ke’s Labor Regime through the Kahnawà:ke’s Fair wage and Benefits Plan for Construction Works in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke.When preparing a bid for tender, take into account the Fair Wage and Benefits Plan for Construction and MSI Premium Rates.
