This document has been developed by the KLO to ensure that Kahnawà:ke workers receive a fair wage and benefits based on their competency, industry standards and community norms. It applies to those Kahnawà:ke Workers choosing to not be compensated by the Quebec Construction Regime. In addition, to the wage schedules, the document contains definitions for the construction works, trades and occupations performed within the territory of Kahnawà:ke.
